Hi, I'm Lynsay

I’m a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a career coach, and a registered yoga teacher—and at the heart of my work is a belief that clarity, healing, and meaningful change begin when we slow down and listen.

For more than 15 years, I worked as a strategic marketing leader in fast-paced, high-growth environments with startups, agencies, and Fortune 500 companies. From the outside, it looked like success. Inside, I felt a quiet pull toward something more meaningful and sustainable. That inner nudge—the sense that there had to be another way—became an invitation to reconnect with myself and what truly mattered.

In 2016, I completed my yoga teacher training, opening the door to deeper presence, nervous system awareness, and a more embodied way of living. In 2021, I began working as a career coach, supporting individuals who were ready to slow down, listen inward, and make aligned changes in their work and lives. Today, as a graduate student in clinical mental health counseling, I continue to deepen my ability to support others with care, curiosity, and compassion.

I bring all of these experiences together—strategy softened by empathy, insight grounded in the body, and goals guided by inner knowing—into my work with individuals. My intention is to create a safe, supportive space where you can breathe, reflect, and gently move toward what feels most true for you.
