For more than 15 years, I built a career as a strategic marketing leader — creating and executing campaigns to build community, drive revenue and scale growth for high growth tech startups, digital agencies, and Fortune 500s.

On the outside, to others I might have been the picture of success. But the inside was a different story. For years, I struggled with perpetual burnout and didn’t know it. I was exhausted most days when I came home from work. The to-do lists never seemed to get done, and somehow they were multiplying. Things felt harder and harder to manage. I knew there had to be a different way.

In 2016, I completed a 200 hour yoga teacher certification to help me manage my stress. Over the next few years, I also began working with mentors, coaches and licensed therapists who supported me during this transformative time.

Through the process, I uncovered so much about myself — dreams I had knocked the corners off, limiting beliefs that were keeping me stuck, and that somewhere along the way I let myself fade into the background while I was busy getting things done. I fell in love with the process of self-discovery and mindfulness tools created the foundation for my many breakthroughs.

Since then, I have been sharing the tools and techniques that transformed my life with others — teaching yoga classes and working with individuals through 1:1 coaching.

As a coach, my intention for you is to be your support through the process — guiding you to create space for yourself, rediscover what energizes you, and create the right goals for you to achieve what you really want.
